Terms of Use
Last updated October 6, 2026.
By using whenstherace.com (“When's the Race”, the “site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this site is
When's the Race shows Formula 1 race schedules converted to your local time, with countdowns and downloadable calendar reminders. It is a free, unofficial, fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Formula 1, the FIA, or any team. “Formula 1”, “F1”, and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are used here only to factually describe the events.
Accuracy
Schedule data is sourced from public third-party feeds and may change or contain errors. We provide it “as is” without warranty of any kind. Always confirm session times with an official source before making plans. We are not liable for any missed session, travel, or other loss arising from reliance on this site.
Data sources
F1 schedules, results, standings and records come from F1DB, licensed CC BY 4.0, and F1 session start times from sportstimes/f1 under the MIT licence, cross-checked against each other at every update. Weather forecasts come from MET Norway under CC BY 4.0. MotoGP session times come from sportstimes/f1 (MIT) and MotoGP results from Wikipedia (CC BY-SA 4.0). NASCAR’s schedule is as NASCAR publishes it, with results from Wikipedia’s race reports (CC BY-SA 4.0). If you reuse our free schedule feeds, the terms on the schedule API page apply.
