How the F1 Fantasy deadline works
In the official F1 Fantasy game your team is locked once the weekend’s decisive session begins — you can’t make transfers or change your line-up after that. On a standard Grand Prix weekend that deadline is the start of qualifying: whatever time qualifying begins at that round, shown in the tables above in your local time, is your cut-off.
On a sprint weekend the rule changes. Because the running order is set earlier in the weekend, the deadline moves to the start of the Sprint — so you get FP1 and Sprint Qualifying to gather information before locking your team, and the deadline falls later than on a normal weekend.
